It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pool. Our current Trendgraphix statistics shows that 28 homes sold in El Dorado Hills in the month of January for an average of $206 per square foot. Nine of those 28 homes were bank owned and averaged $175 per square foot. This one is also bank owned and is listed for $535,000, only $146.98 per square foot.
