HOA dues are only $120 per quarter. It is listed at ~~$579,000~~. As of 11/03/08 -$459,900 Keep in mind that this is the lowest price per square foot home for sale for the area, but not necessarily the cheapest. There are actually fixers for sale starting at $224,900. To give you some perspective on this pricing, our Lyon Real Estate Trendgraphix market trends showed 29 homes sold in April at an average of $204 per square foot. Of those 29 homes, 10 were bank owned and sold for an average of $183/square foot. Yeah, I think this is a deal!
