El Dorado Hills, CA - Built in 2000, this former Serrano model intrigued me from the moment I walked in the gates of the front courtyard which is actually outside the nook windows you can see on the left in the picture of the kitchen. As you enter the house your eye is drawn through the living/dining room to the beautiful, sparking pool and statuesque arbor in the the back yard. El Dorado Hills, CA - This contemporary home was part of the 1988 Street of Dreams in the Summit neighborhood. It sat in all its grandeur on a 3/4 acre wooded lot with 4060 square feet. Its dramatic interior and designer touches are evident but it is in dire need to TLC to restore it to its original beauty. Now a bank owned property offered at $785,000, it is an incredible value and opportunity. The picture on the right of the pool are from a much earlier day.
