This spring has been the busiest time at Abrams Coastal Properties in several years. We have closed six sales and put three more of our listings in escrow. Our rental department has added many homes to their vacation rental portfolio and summer rental listings have been filling faster than ever.

 So what’s going on? We’re seeing a lot of pent-up demand for Island homes, coupled with prices that seem attractive to buyers and fair to sellers. While the pundits are still waiting for the proverbial “bottom of the market,” buyers are watching the selection of first tier Island homes rapidly diminishing. Those looking for a home, not just an investment, are making offers and many are ending up with their dream properties.

 On the rental side, vacationers are choosing Balboa Island over other destinations. Who can resist Paradise? And more and more owners are signing up their homes with Amy and Sally, the best rental home team in the business.
