On June 18th, we had our Annual Open House.  All Island residents were welcome along with our mainland friends, clients,  and supporters. This year marks my 10th year as a Balboa Island Broker and it is a very satisfying milestone.

I purchased Rumbold Realty in 1998, after exciting prior careers as a Federal Prosecutor in Washington D.C. and Connecticut and as President of an American Stock Exchange company. Transforming Rumbold Realty into Abrams Coastal Properties has been a labor of love and passion for my staff and me.

Along the way we have succeeded in selling over a quarter of a billion dollars worth of Balboa Island homes, helping to insure a vibrant market and we have become Balboa Island’s premier manager of pride-of-ownership vacation homes. More importantly, we have done our utmost to earn the respect and friendship of the Island’s residents and our clients.
