SEO "landing pages" that work - REAL WORLD EXAMPLE

Peter Greiner, in Shaker Heights OH, has graciously allowed me to use his optimized landing pages as examples of well structured landing pages for both SEO pruposes, and real visitors.

It is important to notice that the long tail terms "MLS" and "Realtor" show up on this page, as well as local subdivision/neighborhood names, zip codes, and more.

For REAL visitors who land there from a search that they conducted, these pages explain the communities in detail. That is usually called "good content" in SEO circles. It delivers information that the searcher wanted.

These pages could also be slightly edited and used as "Article submission" pages, to article directories, as community info articles.

The first link is an "example" page, and the second is a live tool that you can use at anytime. The tool forces agents to put more of the secondary real-estate related keywords on their pages.

Of course, good landing pages are the start. You need to get links to those pages, to really have influence on the search engines.
