New Company Advertising

I recently started my own company, House Kick Realty out of Southington, CT, and purchased a SMART Car to have detailed for advertising. You can't imagine the people that gawk and ask questions. I stopped at a FSBO and the guy that answered the door was loaded off his butt, comes stumbling out of the house and jumps in the drivers seat (I had left my door open). Scared the heck out of me, I thought he was going to take off in my car. Anyway he was so enthralled with this car I thought I might get the listing -----then he mentioned his brother owned the house. Not to beat the poor guy up but I can see why his brother wants to sell the house. Anyway, any other GREAT ideas for advertising. I need to get the business coming in.
