$8,000 tax credit

<p> Used as a down payment, I have yet to learn of a way to use it within a purchase contract, with a lender, and be absolutely certain that it will be upheld. I&#39;m not too happy that the word is out there without the implementation. Realtors and Lenders shouldn&#39;t be made to feel like we&#39;re keeping a great thing from people who are looking at this as their only hope to purchase a home before December &#39;09. </p>
