Spokane Washington Real Estate Blog
• Oct. 8, 2006 - Market Update For Spokane Washington Real Estate
| The Spokane, Spokane Valley, Spokane County, and Eastern Washington real estate markets have been gradually changing this year as we begin to experience a cooling period after several years of record sales totals. While we are still considered to be in a "sellers" market, we are starting to see an increase in the length of time a home is active on the market. We are also beginning to see a increase in the frequency of price changes which generally indicate a changing of the real estate market. Even with all this in mind, I would not recommend that the consumer "wait it out" to get a bargain deal. The statistics strongly indicate that if the home is priced properly, marketed appropriately, and shows well, it will still sell quickly. With these changes taking place, it is important that the consumer continues to stay educated on what is happening in todays Spokane, Spokane Valley, Spokane County, and Eastern Washington real estate market and to be wise in their decisions. |
