Renton School District's WASL Scorecard Now Available

The Washington Assessment of Student Learning scores for individual schools are now available at the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction Website at www.k12.wa.us.

Reading:
Third Grade: 67 percent, down .6 percent from last year's 67.6.
Fourth Grade: 73.4 percent, down 5.4 percent from last year's 78.8.
Fifth Grade: 65.2 percent, down 1.9 percent from last year's 67.1.
Sixth Grade: 56.4 percent, down 5.3 percent from last year's 61.7.
Seventh Grade: 60.6 percent, up 15.9 percent from last year's 44.7.
Eighth Grade: 54.3 percent, down 5.9 percent from last year's 60.2.
10th Grade: 69.4 percent, down .6 percent from last year's 70.

Math:
Third Grade: 64.7 percent, up 2.6 percent from last year's 62.1.
Fourth Grade: 51.6 percent, up 3.1 percent from last year's 48.5.
Fifth Grade: 48.5 percent, up 4.2 percent from last year's 44.3.
Sixth Grade: 36.9 percent, down 2.1 percent from last year's 39.
Seventh Grade: 46.2 percent, up 8.6 percent from last year's 37.6.

Third Grade: 58 percent, down 5 percent from last year's 63.
Fourth Grade: 66.8 percent, up 11.5 percent from last year's 55.3.
Fifth Grade: 76.4 percent, up 7.5 percent from last year's 55.3.

Science:
Fifth Grade:32.2 percent, up 2.8 percent from last year's 29.4.
Eighth Grade: 37.8 percent, up 1.7 percent from last year's 36.1.
10th Grade: 23.6 percent, up 2.6 percent from last year's 21.

Third Grade: 70.7 percent, up 2.4 percent from last year 68.3.
Fourth Grade: 76.4 percent, down 4.8 percent from last year's 81.2.
Fifth Grade: 71.7 percent, down 4.6 percent from last year's 76.3.
Sixth Grade: 67.8 percent, up 1.1 percent from last year's 66.7.
Seventh Grade: 68.5 percent, up 7 percent from last year's 61.5.
Eighth Grade: 64.7 percent, down 5.4 percent from last year's 70.1.
10th Grade: 80.6 percent, down 1.4 percent from last year's 82.
