I am currently still using Top Producer 6i which has not been supporteed for several years. Is there another program equally as good that still has support?

It is not so simple to just simply say: buy this (insert name) and use it...Are you currently using all/most of the features of 6i now? If not, then buying a RE specific app will be a waste of money/time unless you are willing/able to learn it..
Let's start with the basics of "contact management."
Contact info, calendar appointments, e-mail, tasks, misc..
Ok, now you have one already..Outlook...Add in Business Contact manager (BCM) and you should be ok..
If you want something RE specific that is easy to learn with support, check out Active Agent from www.sonomaenterprises.com and RealeSeller from www.realeseller.com both apps work with Outlook...
You can also check out Act 4 Real Estate from www.act.com it is a stand alone app like 6i....
If it were me, I'd use Outlook with one of the two apps above and a Hosted Exchange set up to allow me 24/7/365 access to all of my info and have my pc's all synchronized....
Good luck....

IMHO all that most Real Estate Agents need is what Outlook offers.
Contact Info, Task Tracking, connectivity with other devices and applications.
Everything else is just additional functionality that one may or may not need!

Well, you could always upgrade to Top Producer 7i or 8i and it will be supported! You get what you put into it when you use any CRM product.
If you are happy with 6i and are actually using it then stick with what you already know and just learn the new features for 8i. Don't spend so much time learning a new software that will just take time away from talking and finding new clients.
