Involvement in social media can be very rewarding for realtors or it can be a big waste of time. Like anything, if you fail to have a plan, lack commitment and participate infrequently you will likely not be successful.

Check out our latest blog post, 30 Real Estate Blog Topic Ideas, that may help you get started with a defined blogging plan.

Happy blogging!

I find social media very helpful when I need answers and prefer several views. Most times this inspires a blended answer from more than one source. I like to see that a lot of more seasoned realtors are become media saavy. It definitely helps when working contracts. It is however, easy to become intrigued or involved at times and look up only to see you have been reading and posting for much longer than intended so starting out with a timeframe to work on discussions is a good plan.
