Hi, I am currently attempting to complete the e pro course. My problem is each individual Module explains what the e pro should know and goes on to elaborate on the different attributes of the e pro. They outline the areas in which an e pro should be proficient etc. I feel a little lost. For example I feel like they may just as easily have said Dr Pro. Then in order to become a doctor go to a choice of different universities and when you have knowledge in all the areas we identified you should be proficient in, you can come back and take our Dr pro exam. I'm a little lost and I'm trying to figure out if there's any regimented format I can follow in order to get through my course and avoid surfing the web indefinitely?? I am using a printed copy of the 4 modules and looking for a systematic means by which I can complete?? As in go to 123 and complete AB&C. Then move on. I might have missed something in as much as how to complete the modules?? Is there any formatted e pro courses available or must I learn everything the modules refer to through my own research???? Is HomeTown my only learning resource or should I be attending some e pro site that I've misplaced?? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Please feel free to e mail me at: BrianBuru@aol.com

Hi Brian:

I am a Certified e-PRO Trainer. I was reviewing the course material tonight because I am teaching a workshop next Friday. Are you registered for Module Digests that are available for students? I think if you post there you can view the posts and see what the other students have questions about. As you go through each Module you can unsubscribe from the previous module. You can even join in e-PRO Talk as well as RealTalk. Are you logging in and completing the course online? If you have any questions please email me and I will try to help.

Brain,

Did you take Carols advise. I hope so. Are you still studying. Let me know if I can help. I am in the same boat. But I am sticking with it.

I just completed the e-PRO course. I made it habit to download all of the sessions and exams. I read everything more then once. When I felt ready and took the exams. If I got less then the required grade I looked into the finished exams as to what was incorrect. Then after finding the best answer I repeated the exam an got a passing grade.

I, also am in the process of completing this course. Due to time constraints looming in the immediate future, I have set aside several days dedicated to simply diving into the program and sticking to it as much as the phone & customers would allow. My husband is probably tired of spending evenings with the TV while I study. LOL! I have explained to him why this is important to me and he's actually very supportive. I haven't taken the final test yet but I also know that for me, if I were to let too much time go between the modules, I would lose the flow of what the course is all about. I also checked the FAQ to make sure that after I take the final test and hopefully pass it, I can go back & review any of the pages & links until my deadline date. My goal is to actually work on incorporating what I've learned while still having the ability to go back & check what the course suggests. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions & it's wonderful to know I can come to the RealTown website & get help from my peers and from the coaches.

Bonnie,

I just finished the course a couple of months a go. Stay with it. Before you take the test review the questions they gave us in the quizz and you will pass the test with no problem. I wil be in the lookout of you posting that you finished the course.
