| Champlain Towers South Surfside Miami Beach is a 13 story mid-rise building encompassing 135 residential units. Building amenities range from the gracious and welcoming reception area and foyer lobby, to the tastefully decorated multipurpose entertainment and recreation room featuring tables and seating for up to 50, large screen television, 8 foot pool table, card table and full service kitchen. Rounding out the indoor facilities, there are the gymnasium, men’s and ladies’ poolside showers rooms with saunas, and laundry facilities. The two amply-sized elevators convey residents to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums and a top-level penthouse, or to the lower level indoor parking garage with surveillance and automatic, secure gates and doors. Champlain Towers outdoors, residents enjoy the 60 foot pool, the in-ground whirlpool, and an over-sized pool deck for sun-bathing in the chaise lounges provided along the desk. Or, to escape the sun, there is a large canopied area shading tables and chairs as well.
