It has slowed a bit but I am constantly getting emails from companies like Hamlett ,Richmond, Rainey about their projects. I would like to have disscussions on anything you think is relevant in the Utah real estate market. Sale issues, Agency issues, Lenders, Marketing, Client issues,MLS discussions Bring it on. </p> <p> Currently I am realizing an increase in Listing of property and Sellers that are listening to the advice I offer which right now is on the conservative side. I am not having to work on them for reasonable pricing, YEA! The buyer clients I am working with well they are either cash buyers for 300-400 or Low income grant money programs.
