Salt Lake City Home Sales

We currently have 8113 active listings in Salt Lake county.
2525 were listed in the last 30 days, and 1097 properties were put under contract.
We had 1337 properties that didn't sell, and had 909 homes that did sell.

It's good to see the number sold up in the 900 range, but we still have a 8.93 month suppply
of inventory to burn through.

We are still in a buyers market, and interest rates are still great. What are you waiting for? An invitation?
