Today I wanted to see if someone reading this could help me.  With the book coming out in a few months I thought I could use some help marketing it and promoting it. I thought this would be a wonderful way for someone in college or high school that is interested in marketing, promotions, writing, and sales; could get some experience by helping me with this project.

So for those of you who know someone in college or even a junior or senior in high school, perhaps you could forward this information along.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The intern would assist me with marketing and promotion of my book that is due to release around June.  I'm a co-author in the best selling book series Wake UP...Live the Life You Love! The intern would help me identify speaking opportunities with colleges, business networking groups, community service groups, churches, etc. I would make the initial set up of the talk.  The intern would help me with follow up by managing the database of contacts, helping with follow up thank you notes and calls.  The intern would assist me with maintaining and managing this and any other Blog's that I have active.  They would assist me with sales of the book. The intern would also assist me with my next book project.  They could receive credit for the internship if we can work that out with the school.  Their would also be incentive based pay for the right candidate.

Real Estate: I am still going strong in Real Estate.  Things have been going well. You hear all these things about the market being bad. That is not true!  Its an excellent market for buyers and investors.  There are a lot of great deals out there.  My desire to help impact more lives is the reasoning for doing the speaking and the books on the side.
