What makes Connect Realty different?

Let's start with No Desk Fees, No Franchise Fees, No Admin Fees, No Technology Fees, No Forced Marketing Fees --- No Overhead folks, No Kidding!

You DO NOT have to earn --- $16,000, nor $21,000, or $24,000 in commissions to qualify for greater benefits? The benefits start when you sign up! In other words, there is no commission cap.

You can sponsor other licensed brokers and agents nationwide and get paid by the Company, residual income each time they close a transaction.

You are paid at the same time your sponsored agent is paid. And you are paid from Company funds, NOT impacting the commission being paid to your sponsored agent or broker.

And if the broker or agent is NEW to our industry, with 5 closed transaction or less to date, than you can be a mentor to them, until they reach a total experience level of 5 closed transactions since being in the industry.

As a mentor, the company pays you 10% of each closed transaction commission they make.

So as you can see, in summary, you have three income streams:

1. Work as an agent and produce personal income from your own sales effort, and/or,

2. Recruit brokers and agents into Connect Realty and be paid a percentage of their production as long as they are with the company. A key point here -- you're paid from company funds, not impacting the commissions paid to the sponsored agent); and,

3. Sponsor NEW Agents to our industry and become their mentor until they reach a total of 5 closed transactions since they have been in the industry. (Thus, earn a 10% mentoring commission from each sponsored NEW AGENT sale.)
