Does anyone have a preference about on-line document signing? With the number of offers buyers are putting in on reo's and short sales, we are killing trees right and left with all the docs! Thanks!

I have used DocuSign.com for over a year. Love it. I not only use it for my out of state buyers but local as well. I even use when I need to sign a document.

As the sender you set up where a person needs to sign. It will then prompt the signer where they need to sign, initial, date, or even fill in text before they can finish.
