According to my highly intelligent website (Property Minder) us Californios with the passing of Senate Bill 1461, which was sponsored by the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and effective July 1, 2009 must disclose their DRE license numbers on all solicitation materials intended to be the first point of contact with consumers, such as:

• Your website
• Business cards
• Advertising flyers
• Email signature

Hey, it could be worse; they could require it to be tattooed on our foreheads (or somewhere else!)
