Busy Agent Pro vs Top Producer

Currently I have two contact managers up and running. One with Top Producer, with my year long contract running out in a few weeks, and the other is Busy Agent Pro.

I must admit that I am a bit taken aback at how much more I am getting for my money with Busy Agent Pro and was curious as to whether anyone else had the same reaction? I have/had the most expensive package Top Producer has, which was about $250 a month, which included the contact manager, one website, market snapshot and some postcard mailers.

With Busy Agent Pro, I get a contact manager (which is way simpler to use), as many websites as I want, including property websites, lead capture websites, area specific websites, etc... marketing campaigns, exclusive areas, and my favorite, a great blogging platform, with more to come.

Has anyone else switched from Top Producer recently and realized how much better Busy Agent Pro is? Or is it just me?

Greg

Greg,

Formerly I was a Top Producer user. I liked the "system" aspect of Top Producer - everything in one place including automatic follow ups with real estate buyers and sellers. Since leaving Top Producer I've been looking for a system that was easier to use and cost less. I found a system with Busy Agent Pro that met that criteria. The BAP system consolidates everything into one seamlessly working system and consolidates and highly automates my business.I have a system where leads go into my contact manager and I can have drip campaigns start automatically, I can customize the contact manager, I have a wide variety of very usable, right of of the box, email and other campaigns, as well as the unlimited websites and blogs, exclusive content for a blog, newsletters, proven marketing materials and a lot more. One of the unexpected benefits has been finding a fantastic support system both from the principals of BAP as well as other agents throughout the country. With BAP we each have an exclusive market area so there is no fear that a competitor will be using your good ideas against you.

Greg, It's not just you! BAP is fab! Once you get set up, you may get much more for your money from the new BAP than TP from what I can discern.
A single log in for BAP gives you:
- a comprehensive comments manager with pre-laoded content and campaigns,
- unlmited, integrated lead capture and single property sites,
- blogs with ready-made drafts for easy editing plus ideas for original posts,
- a social media function to post to 30+ sites,
- a supportive community of like-minded pros (like on RealTown!)
- video options and more coming....
BAP is pure convenience for a busy agent!
I'm also exploring BAP as an option for conslidating and simplifying. Enjoy your find and good luck with your data transitioning!
- Lee
