Using a blog as a website means your content is staying fresh, however, if you have valuable information that potential clients would be interested in seeing then connect a website with a blog for maximum benefit.

The good thing with using a blog is widgets. Widgets are custom HTML code - a small application actually, that opens up a doorway to a much larger application.

You can create buttons and widgets with HTML to handle getting leads, displaying your listings, and allowing people to search for listings. The 2 main reasons people use a realtor's website is to search for houses and find their home's value.

Front page in less than a month. Blogs are the way to go.

Can you tell this is a Wordpress Blog? Great thing about a blog is, you can keep adding and adding. Listing feeds are pretty much on autorun. We could fine tune a Joomla template too.
