I 'upgraded' to IE8 and now find that some sites don't support it. For instance, on Agency Logic single property sites I can't rearrange photos. The order that you upload is the order they have to stay.
I would like to back track to IE7 but when I tried to download it, a message comes up that it can't be done because I have a new version of IE.
Is there anyway to undo IE8?

In Windows XP you can copy and paste this line in the run box:
%windir%\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe

Reboot after you finish. (I don't know if this method will work on Vista).

One last thing, did you try using the compatibility mode icon in IE 8? It's the broken page icon at the end of the URL selection box.

Sarah,
I few years ago I upgraded from IE6 to IE7, and I was having the same problem with IE7, so I just deleted IE7 and IE6 re-appeared, if IE7 came embedded with Windows it should re-appear if you delete IE8, but I'm sure it'll work for you.

Have you tried, doing a restore point prior to upgrading to ie 8...If you did, go back to that restore pont and you can get back the IE7. It worked for me. Let us know. Thanks.

I recently "upgraded" from IE8 to IE7. The procedure is actually very simple. Click on Start>ControlPanel>Add or Remove Programs. After the list fills in, scroll down to Windows Internet Explorer 8. Click and Remove. After the process is complete, when you reboot your computer, you will find that you now have IE7.

Good luck.

Thanks for help with IE8. I removed IE8, then rebooted, and am now using IE7. Magic!
