Israel,
I usually stay out of these back and forth, he said - he said - she said threads, but this is just too much for me.
I appreciate the fact that you use Social Networking as a tool, however, your ideas about SEO sound extremely uninformed.
None of the SEO folks on this forum would consider doing SEO on a no-info website that has a redirected domain name or lives on a subdomain somewhere.
The SEO folks on this forum can get real estate websites ranked extremely well without the owner doing any blogging or RSS feed optimization and syndication.
What just amazes me about all of these SEO discussions is that no one seems capable of adding their expertise to the mix without degrading everyone else's.

I am referring to ongoing discussions in several places here that I will not mention because the SEO guys complain aboout it: the SEO guys always downplay the importance and necessity for syndication of an original RSS feed from the website. (IE bloggin on your own platform)
It is an easy message to hear, because nobody wants to go to all the trouble of optimizing and distributing a feed, or to tell the client he must post constantly refresshed unique real content in order to have any real rankings. People would like to believe, and it is infinately easier to sell, that some hands-off link-building service where the client doesn't have to do anything will work; and thant somehow his "I am a Realtor too" site that he paid almost nothing for (and exists as a subdmain with redirect in many cases) will someday rank for something and that that will actually do somebody some good LOL
