Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone knows of a software that I can use to set up classified ads on my neighborhood website for use by my geographical farm community. I would prefer that the homeowners could enter their own ads, include descriptions and perhaps even pictures.

Thanks

Hi, May be able to help, but I need to know what service you are using for the neighborhood site, can you send the URL?

Al -

I am currently using a Connecting Neighbors Community web site (TheProvinces.com) which is in the need of a rework. I am considering creating a replacement web site using Google Sites. Since the classified section has been popular in the past, I would like to keep it in the web site. I thought if I could find an online classified ads provider (preferably free), I could put the web on my site.

Thanks

You might try out this free software (although they do have upgrades). I used their product several years ago when I setup my own neighborhood pages using MS Publisher but got tired of monitoring the garbage that idiots would try to get away with posting so I finally decided to just use a blog with categories instead.

A very good question. When you get a reply would you forward me the suggestions. I like your idea.
