Has anyone been contacted by Nationwide Finances Mortgage Company? I am skeptical and have never paid any attention to these offers but this one is tempting. They charge $27 for each qualified lead (approx. 15/month at $405) with a total refund when one lead closes. There is a 10% referral fee. Thanks for any feedback.

Although I could be wrong.
You post seems like an advertisement for the company, disguised as an innocent inquiry, and that would be wrong.

Apparently there is still a sucker born every minute; I'm the newest one.

I signed up with these bozos for $450.00 a month with 25 leads guaranteed and free replacement for the bogus or unworkable ones.

Unfortunately they've all been bogus and unworkable and so have the 'replacements'. If you replace crap with more crap it's still crap.

Stay away from them is my very strong recommendation.

Apparently they're pretty negotiable too; I got 25 for $450 vs. your 15 for $405.

I also cancelled and am thinking of filing a complaint with my credit card company and asking them to reverse my charges for this purchase.

Worthless!

What?? I was asking if anyone has gotten a call from this company (or used them - sorry, I left that out). I'd like a little imput before plunking down $400. I thought RealTalk was for this sort of thing.

There are a multitude of lead sales "opportunities" out there, and I have tried quite a few. The only ones I work with now have a referral fee at closing ONLY. That works out CHEAPER by far. I would rather have my phone ring than an average internet lead. I know how much it costs to make my phone ring.

The best lead generation program is to invest in your future by getting a website that will generate your own leads. You own it, you control it, you are the one being marketed and you reap the rewards. Pay yourself..not someone else.

Have you actually found any that will work you on the basis of a referral fee paid on closing? I would be extremely happy to work with any lead generator on that basis but the only ones I have found who will do this are other agents.

Dear Ellen,
Every sales person no matter what industry need leads. Leads are only as good as the system used to generate them. Why pay for leads that are not in your market. As real estate agents we need to be in our local market.
Real Estate sales people need to network their contacts and community and create a online marketing campaign. A website will not generate the leads you are looking for if any at all.
If we look at the state of the real estate market we can all agree the foreclosure and bank owned properties are dominating.
Knowing this we need a marketing campaign that will exploit this. This is what buyers want anyways.
I have created a system that takes full advantage of this. Like any marketing campaign it will take time and effort. It will cost you much less than buying leads and it will generate leads in your local market. You will be able to visit these prospects in your office or at their homes.
You will be able to market properties that are available for sale in your market and are not short sales that need lender approval.
I can explain this system to you over a short phone conversation. So please contact me at info@finance600.com
