I need recommendations for an IVR

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate any knowlege you ladies and gentlemen out there would share regarding IVR vendors. Not to insult the intelligence of anyone, an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) allows you to record and relay information on properties you are selling. Potential buyers will see the toll free numbers in your marketing pieces and have access to the data. I have been with Proquest technologies for several years and they have always provided a good product. I have found others that seem to offer as good a product (and even better) for a third of the price. At this point, I don't want to name any names of people I have talked to, I would like to hear your approvals or disapprovals for companies providing this type of service.

Sincerely,

Jason D. James

I too have been investigating IVRs. I haven't come to a decision yet, but I like the VORBE.com platform. It offers other features like websites, transaction management and efax. The price is super-affordable too. I learned of VOBRE from a past RealTalk thread and several agents were raving about it.
