Good question, Jim, and I know there will be different schools of thought on this one.  You might want to ask yourself whether you would want someone else pasting your posts into their blog without asking permission or at least giving attribution. In some cases it might be acceptable to summarize the post similar to what is done with newspaper articles, such as "it was reported in RealTalk that prices in San Diego have dropped to the lowest point in 10 years....." If you are going to mention names, the best practice would be to first seek permission.John
