 What Kind of Phone Call does an Investor Want?

Regarding talking to investors it is not the equipment, but the sense of communication. Investors are not going to spend time searching for you, or looking at web sites. They are involved in the business of real estate, much different than a standard residential or commercial client.
The main function is Communication, no matter what the method. I have found in my experience that many real estate do not return calls, e-mails, or faxes.
Use a cell phone, keep it on all the time, and return calls. Donald Trump talks to his attorney every day. We need to be available, and not expect investors to spend their time hunting us down.
It should be "call me at any time for any reason."
