Jean,

I have been using HomeFeedback for almost two years and I love it.  Not all agents will take the time to complete the survey, but the ones that do are very helpful.  I have also set up the auto sync program so with every showing a feedback email is sent to the showing agent.  This also works fantastic.

My sellers love the program, and it helps me with price adjustments, decluttering of the home, and much more.

Hope this helps you.

Kindest Regards,

Jean,

I dropped Homefeedback... not that it wasn't good, but unless you have a ton of listings it isn't worth even the small amount per month.  I can easily ask for feedback by just sending a link to my lisitngs on the MLS  and it doesn't cost me a dime. I used to see homefeedback all the time but not so much any more so I suspect  every other agent in my area is thinking the same thing.

As primarily a buyer agent anyway it didn't seem to make sense, and of all the homes I have shown in the last few months I am only getting calls from agents who have a traditional listing.  REO agents don't care about feedback, and short sale agents don't either.  I was out with a 2nd home buyer last weekend from Seattle  and we must have seen 25 homes and I didn't get ONE call for feedback.

I am sure my market here in Arrizona  isn't exactly like other parts of the country, but wanted to share my thoughts anyway...
