Hi Everyone,

I am currently having a website developed by Pro-Step marketing.  The original plan was to use WolfNet technologies as our IDX.  The reason we liked WolfNet was their MapTracks solution.  It allowed potential clients to view listings by map.  I have been told by WolfNet that MapTracks in not available with our MLS.  We belong to Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS (CARMLS).  This is the largest MLS in Arkansas I believe.  Do any of your have opinions of other companies offering a service with interactive Map Searches?  I have just checked out iHouse's solution.  It looks pretty good.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jason D. James, Executive Broker, e-Pro

Good day Jason,

Thanks for considering iHOUSE/IDXPro. I noted that you already have a test drive in process. That's a great start.

Please feel free to post any questions you have have regarding IDXPro here or contact our support staff directly. There are plenty of savvy RealTalkers that may offer some great suggestions on how to best take advantage of IDXPro.

You are also welcome to message me offline for guidance.

Best Wishes and good luck on your new website and IDX set-up.

Hi,

I looked at several different web solutions, including WolfNet.  None of them had what I was looking for, and most importantly, the IDX results were different from the results that I would get if I did a search from my MLS.

I came across a blog discussing IDX solutions by Benn Rosales.  He had been looking at different IDX products.  His top three were:

http://www.realtysoft.com/idxsolutions.php
http://linkurealty.com/
http://www.diversesolutions.com/

I looked at those three.  After contacting Diverse Solutions and asked for urls of local agents who had used the IDX so I could check it out, not just use their sample IDX.  I decided to go with Diverse Solutions.  I really like the IDX, plus you can add specific search modules to your website. Plus there is an agent chat that is part of the solution.

Anyhow, I suggest calling Sean Dolan and asking him about your MLS and whether it is supported.  He was a great help for me. Phone:  949-544-2338 x2338, email: sdolan@diversesolutions.com
