FYI - I recently created a new "Group" called "CRM AKA Contact Management". The description is "At this time, there are 25 different Real Estate specific CRM solutions. I have compiled a comparison matrix for most of them to date. This is a place where you can learn more about them, or discuss your likes and dislikes about them."

I am glad that you have decided to set up a group, just at the time, I
am trying to
choose, just which Managment software to use. I am in mid, Module 3, and I have
sat in our a couple of classes from different contact management programs
and I am truly concerned that I get off to the right start as time
consumption in
the front-load is heavy and then if you decide to change you might
have to do it again.
Some software, you can download, your data info, some have to be
imputed by hand.
some have "bells and whistles" some is bare bone.

My MRMLS recently had a class, and I went and signed up for
BROKERSHELPER.com it seems to offer a lot of variables for $49,95,
per month
no set up and I am now just beginning to search out the features that were shown
me in the class. I get up to 1000 emails. I can drip campaign or single send.
Is suppose to be compatible with download from niteowl. (LandAmerica
title) tax data
also is suppose to support Outlook, Some of this just seems so time consuming
to get it up and running. Any thoughts?
