Forclosures
Created by:Does anyone out there know of a Lis Pendens research service for Broward County Florida. My county has a public records web site that lists LP filings. There were 267 new Foreclosure filings in my county just on Friday July 18. But the problem is it just shows you the LP paperwork filed and The name of the Plaintiff and Defendant. Not the address of the property or the Tax ID number. It does show the legal description. If I do the research manually I can find the property and sometimes the owner's phone number but it is massively time consuming. I need a service that does this research for me and emails me the the info for a monthly fee. It has to be up to date information. I would like a service that gets it's info directly from local databases not national databases which tend to lag behind by months. I don't' want to be the 27Th Realtor who contacts them because my service is so tardy about getting me the information. Does anyone out there know of a good service?

"Literally every county where there is a decent amount of foreclosure
activity there will be one or more of these services."
Thank you, Steele, for the time you took to sort this out and explain it. I
have wondered for years when people act as though it is so simple to find
that information, just how easy is would be. It does seem that some people
are able to navigate public records online incredibly well, and I am still
learning how to do that. Anyway, Just wanted to thank you for sharing,

Editor's Note Threads are much easier to maintain when all the discussions take place on the web interface. As you know, the majority of RealTalkers still prefer to use e-mail. Sometimes the ID# at the end of the Subject line is altered when sent back to the list. By and large most threads do stay intact. http://www.realtown.com/community/RealTalk/view/00CWK0John
