Greetings to all e-Pros and LMC's out there.  If you are interested in helping those unfortunate people facing foreclosure, click the link below or copy it and paste in your browser.  If you are a Loss Mitigation Consultant for any other company, you might also want to view this short movie.  Keeping people in their homes is the #1 goal, but when that's not possible, you have a chance to get their listing.  If this interests you, contact me for more details.

This does not sound right to me. 1. How can a homeowner who can not make mortgage payments can pay this company to help them with the promise to keep their home? 2. In addition, someone interested in joining this company has to pay almost $2,800 for the "potential" of making some income. 3. It seems that only the company will make money on this. With all due respect, the reasons someone gets behind on their mortgage
payments are so numerous it doesn't make sense to talk about them here.
Anyone that has done loss mitigation understands this. Some of these
homeowners consider bankruptcy, which is not in their best interest all the
time. Some of them also have available cash and this is definitely
something they are willing to consider. Also, I don't know where you got
the $2800 to join, but that is not true. You might want to revisit the
videos a second time to get a better understanding of the service.

I'm with you Augie. I just spoke with another agent yesterday regarding a company that was charging her seller client hundreds of dollars, she had her client cancel the "service". I watched some of the video yesterday and gave up on it after realizing that the person with no money or little money is expected to pay, it just sounds like another way to take advantage of people who are already struggling. Titanium Solutions offers the same service but they pay the LMC's to contact the homeowner but there is NO fee to the homeowner. To say “That is not true” to an agent  you must be sure because those are hard words

All you have to do is go the website you recommend: http://www.ffpsmovie.com/viewmovie05.php

 and check the video.

At the end it will tell you that the fee is $2,997, but if you join at the webinar and

Mention the code “cactus” then it will be only $1,497 – what a bargain….

All together, it looks to me as a way to extract money from homeowners and agents

That believe them.
