RealTown's Ask The Experts

The following question was submitted to RealTown's Ask The Experts.
Sandy Bass asks,
"I've noticed a lot of postings about various contact management software systems. I am in need of a good system and wish to know the pros and cons about this software. How well does it integrates with outlook, and does it perform well and contain the necessary tools needed to manage contacts. What is the learning curve and is it worth the $299.00 asking price. Any information you can offer will be greatly appreciated."
