If anyone has information regarding marketing the North Carolina coastal area for waterfront homes I would appreciate hearing it. I have a client/close friend who has a home on the market in Washington, N.C. on the riverfront in the $800,000 range and they really need some marketing outside of the local area. The Washington D.C. area is a feeder for the coast so any particular websites that reach that market would be helpful.
