I had the Treo 700W since it came out, and although I love it, and couldn't live without it, I've had my share of problems with it. It takes 1 hour minimum to get help with it whenever there is a problem. I'm on my third replacement. I think I'll try the Blackberry if it now has access to attachments in it's email (which it didn't when I purchased the Treo) next time around.

Lisa, insist on getting the replacement of the 700wx, no more problems and they will send it to you!

I have had the same issue with the Treo, also on my 3rd replacement. I
however no longer have the issues any longer. How you ask? Good
question, the Treo comes with windows mobile 5.0 and is the main problem
and the need for all the replacements. That being said Windows 6.0 is
not available in the U.S. but is in Europe. It is a beta version and I
understand that many people would not want to use it, however if you
don't like it, which by the way I have had ZERO problems since
installing it, you can hard reset your phone back to factory settings
and never have to worry about it again. It is available for free on the
internet and will take you about 20 minutes or so to get the program and
install on the phone but it will be the best move you make, I almost
threw my phone off the bridge after the last replacement. If you want
to know where you can find it, email me off list and I will give the
website address.

Go Phillies!!!!
