I have been having significant issues with my IC Email Plus account. Much of my email is simply not arriving and today almost none. Internet Crusade has set up a "Holding" file for me to monitor. Little is arriving in it. I am having clients call and ask why I have not responded to their messages. Am I the only one experiencing these major problems? Of course, here we are in a three-day holiday weekend and no one to speak with!!

Editor's Note First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this issue caused. The problem we experienced did delay mail although it did not prevent delivery. Once we were aware of the issue, we had our Postmaster working on it and he was able to resolve the issue within minutes and mail flowed again. The fact that this happened on a Holiday weekend and that our phones were down due to rolling blackouts was coincidental. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we have assisted you in the past, resolving issues whether it is with our servers or not. We will continue to provide this type of support in the future, including weekends and Holidays. Once again we do apologize to you and any others inconvenienced Sunday.John
