Just wanted to let you know about a web site builder that is absolutely incredible. He builds your site for free and doesn't charge a dime until he starts drawing traffic to it. He charges $10 for every person who signs up and at the end of the month he sends a bill for your total hits less 25% for bogus sign in's. I have been monitoring the numbers and he is right on for the % of bad email addresses and phone numbers. But the cool thing is he doesn't get paid unless he can drive traffic to the sight so I figured I couldn't loose and it was worth a try, which it has been. I have had him make 2 sites for me which I strictly use for lead capture... my own personal site is powered by Z-57 but I may dump that and have him make me a site that I can use for my personal. I sure am not getting any SEO from them and even if I have to pay for the hits its fine.

My partner and I are getting ready to incorporate a video and audio section to our site too. Very exciting stuff. We are going to do a webinar's kind of thing where they can click on a topic and view our video introducing ourselves or click on another topic and watch us talk about various aspects of the buying and selling process. It isn't easy to put it together, but I ran across a company that can help do that too and its not expensive at all considering the technology required. If you would like the names of these two companies or want more information I'ld be glad to respond, however RT has gotten addictive so I have to watch the amount of time I spend on it..:)) LOL

Could you state who built your website -- I get this in digest form
so I have not located the original e mail as of yet.

Thank you

I would love the name of the company who has created your two web sites.  They sound tantalizing!
