Ok, for those of you that want to exchange links on with other agents. I just read the best article I have ever read about "how too" evaluate the quality of potential link partners.

No, I am not a representative of any link exchange service, nor are any of my friends or relatives.

I use very strict guidelines and seeing if google has it indexed is the first step. My website home page has a google PR 5/10 and my link pages are 4/10 so I'm always interested in quality link exchanges but my SEO gal has tough criteria. I think if you're not careful you can probably do more harm than good. Linking with quality other like sites is still just one (maybe small) way to build up your ranking. From what I can tell most agents have no criteria at all , and when I see hundreds of links on one page, I pass.
