You will always remember this one...... later in life there are many transactions you can barely remember, but ones like this will always be special...

You just have to get creative about reaching the historic home lovers--we had a Christmas Tour of Homes and one of the homes on the tour was next door to my listing, so it held it open all weekend during the tour and ended up selling it to someone that saw it that weekend
