I was wondering what companies are having success with lately. I have heard and seen all the issues with Advance & Z57 sites. Is anyone using Top Producer? I am getting between 3000 & 7000 unique hits on my site(s) monthly. Not because of my site but my marketing. But, I feel that 4 years with the same company now and it's time for a change.

Also, how about a database program? I have used Access, ACT and a couple of others. Anyone get ACT2010? I'm looking to keep clients info, home purchase and/or sale info, follow up info and produce mailing labels.
