My Palm Treo 700 does not always allow photos to be opened.

Any suggestions?  My carrier is Verizon.

The Treo's have a size limitation and some cannot open bigger files. Also, be careful opening big stuff. Verizon  will charge you a lot unless you have unlimited web access.

If you have not tried VZ's Technical Support Department, you should. I've had great experiences with their technicians resolving my PDA issues.
