Sandy…I thought I would respond to your question "Why Outlook?"

Outlook allows you to have email, a database, a calendar and tasks all in one program. Plus, you can sync your files with a most smart phones and/or PDA's (Palm Pilot).

Also…since some 90% of pc users use Microsoft…sharing files and in-compatibility issues are minimized.

Outlook also has a low learning curve. In 60-90 minutes I could have you using Outlook email and the basic database functions confidently.

Hi - This is my first comment and I was looking for some help. I use msn for my e-mail etc. - I understand all about using my web as my e-mail but what I really want to know is why Outlook?
