I find if I use text only outside of any lead system and put what the soon to be client is asking in the subject line I get a better chance at working with them. and use the Kiss ( Keep it simple stupid) system. Life is good! Dwayne Tetterton RE/MAX

Hi All,

I am new here but wanted to find out more about the Toolkit CMA and how it can help me to respond to internet leads when all you have is an email address.

Let me know where I can get this, please.

Thanks and looking forward to getting more involved in this group.

Toolkit is a great way to provide some value to either buyers or sellers looking for info on how the property of interest fits in the current market. While toolkit has an email provision it does not include the entire presentation so I print it to a pdf and save it and then attach it to an email. This also provides you with a full copy of the work you have done and you can refer back to it. You might also be able to use it to demonstrate your valuation skills with future sellers and buyers when a property sells close to your CMA value.

Hello.

I just joined this morning also. I would like to know more about the Drip E-Mail and would like to have a copy of the form letter to generate E-Mails.

Thank you.

Hi Doug, I am curious like everyone, to understand and apply Toolkit in

my email service to my clients. I'll appreciate if you can send me

an email (if that is the right way) and give me the information. Thanks.

I use a CMA toolkit to send as Edward Rochette does. At least I know I'm getting good information about me and the company out to them. I get some responses from thay.

If they have specific questions, which are the best kind to get, I send them answers right away with my signature of course so they can come to my website.

Ed,

This is a great idea. I will try this next time I get a lead.

Can you tell me if this has increased your conversion rate on your internet leads?

Hello Samantha Lorefice,

I briefly present myself and let the lead know I am here to help. I send the leads the information they are requesting and ask them for more information related to the property they are looking for and for the best way to contact them in the future. Normally the leads give me more information if they want to continue looking for a property through me.
