Hi! I just started my e-Pro class this weekend - wow...so much info!

This is my 1st posting - about a question I've been wondering about for a while now...

does anyone use the 800 call capture in their advertising? Either on your sign riders or magazine ad's? I'm very interested in starting it, but was wondering if anyone is using a company they recommend? And what should I be looking for in a company?

I have used an 800 service recomended by a fellow Realtor, Freedom Voice or Add Trakker, same company. It strikes me as a good idea but I never used it to its potential. In the e-PRO class I learned about auto respond e-mails which seem more technologically hip and much less money to use. I have just passed the e-PRO class and the first thing I did was cancel my 800 number.

I have used www.Vobre.com for over a year and find it to be very good.... at $15.00/mo I also get 1-800 FAX service, a contact manager and more!

We currently use Freedom Voice. It is like anything. You need to use it not just buy it. We are using the fax on demand feature and the leads are "ok" We call the client once we see they have called off of a sign call or brochure box to get information and it is wonderful. It is also a great listing tool.

Good Luck!

I was told by an instructor of a REO class that we should all get a toll free number & faxline. Could you let me know how to set up the email auto responder? Do I need a website?

I used an 800 service a few years ago, with nor success, but after this course I will look at it again and in a whole new way.
