Does anyone do the advertisement on Zillow for your zip code? How long have you done it and has it brought you leads?

At this point, it has not brought any leads, much to my disappointment. But, this may be due to our rural location. Zillow may do better for city folk. Out here we get more leads from our own website and, locally, from signage on properties and vehicles than any other sources. Realtor.com has brought in some, too.
