I am a sucker for all salespeople who call!  I fall for all of them.  I got a call today regarding NetBiz/Google Placement - a $79.00 set up fee and $75.00 per month - month to month - guaranteed on 1st page of a google for real estate city state.  If anybody familiar with NetBiz.  I'm wising up and asking now instead of going for it!  Thanks for any advice.

I'm not familiar with NetBiz but you need to be wary of any company that guarantees search engine positioning.  There simply is no silver bullet to search engine placement and most of the results will have to do with the quality of the content on your website as well as the links that are pointing to your website.  I would recommend picking up a book on SEO from Barnes & Nobles. It will be around $35 dollars and will give you a sense of what search engine optimization is all about. You might be surprised to learn that the essential points of seo can be learned in a few hours.  

If  your still interested in NetBiz after learning a little bit about SEO, be sure to ask them for some client websites that they have worked on.
