TREO are funny, they do seem to wrk when they feellike it and the battery does drain when it comes collecting emails.  But what do you do for the ekey part of it.  Does the blackberry work with the ekey

I'm just wondering where you are all at with this.

I had several palms-- did find them finicky-- and went to a BB curve to get the true push email which I am now hooked up-- don't like that the MLS service requires fob-- but more importantly since I lost my BB curve before I got of the plane when I landed in China-- I replace it with a BB Bold (AT&T). This phone is awful. I can't move easily from calendar to phone -- the memo's don't sync, the BB desktop isn't half as easy to use as Palm Desktop and it has many more glitches, when I dial a number that I have made a note beside (like husband's cell, or asst's extension so I can keep track of it) it won't connect as it converts the text to extra digits. I have had to reboot it more times than not, and the one thing I can blame myself for-- it's really too big for my hand.

So I do like that I have gotten hooked on having my email. So my next phone will be the Palm PRE-- I'm told you can create a push or virtually instanteous push by setting it to auto search for email at short intervals-- and I want that palm touch screen and little buttons that move directly to the calendar and task lists!!! AND the slap it in the cradle and push the button to sync was wonderful on the treo's -- I do hope the PRE comes with that as I hate the BB sync-- it requires a babysitter!

Are you still going BB?

I enjoyed the Trio, but needed a more safisticed tool. Tried the Blackberry full touch screen.

Major issues. Had to re-do system

Having had a Treo through Sprint for longer than I cared (2 year contract), I was estatic after I got my i-Phone. I could actually read the screen in daylight or anywhere. My I-Phone map can find me anywhere and show me the route to anywhere. I was able to skirt an interstate backup thanks to my navigator using my i-Phone while on vacation. I wouldn't trade it for anything else. My apps can out perform a Treo anyday. It's like a mini office. I wonder if there is a Relay App? That would be fantastic!

I've had a Treo, HTC Mogul, and now a Blackberry Curve. It is so easy to navigate with one hand - rather than two. It is efficient and fast, but took me a bit to learn how to use it. It has been my best investment thus far.
