I just purchased the Sprint Instinct and I am really excited about it. The only thing I am having problems with is downloading my phone contacts from my Pocket PC to the new one. At the sprint offices, they said there is something wrong with my old phone and they cannot connect with their download. Has anyone else had this problem?  I do not look forward to copying all those numbers!
